Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

We are dedicated to getting your order out as fast as possible. All orders will ship out in 3 to 4 business days. All orders are guaranteed to arrive within 7-10 business days for in-stock orders. Orders may ship from either UPS, FedEx, or USPS. If there is a delay or backorder of your item, we will contact you to let you know.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we will be unable to cancel any completed order. If you made an order by mistake for the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible and we will see if we can correct it before its produced and shipped out to you.  

Returns

All sales are finals, but you can return a received item so long as the packaging and product is still intact. Please contact us via the form below for a Return Authorization. Customers must prepay freight on all authorized returns and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns must have been purchased within 30 days of return. Returns will be accepted only if the returned products are unused in their original packaging, and in the condition in which it was received and without damage upon arrival at our warehouse. Any unauthorized returns will be refused upon arrival. Shipping and handling cost are non-refundable.

There are no returns for products that have already been installed.

If returning vinyl decals kits, they must be unopen and unused. They must be rolled back up just as it was shipped. If we receive a kit back that has been jammed into the box or not properly put back in the way it came then no refund will be given. This damages the decals and we can no longer use it. We may request a picture of what the item looks like in its open box before shipping it back. This will help both sides to know we can accept it upon arrival at our warehouse.

Damage Due to Shipping

If your package was damaged due to shipping, please contact the shipping carrier immediately. Damage due to shipping is the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier. In order to make a claim, it must come from the customer.

Mispick/Wrong Item

We are all human and can make mistakes if for some reason you receive a decal other than what you ordered, please let us know so we can get this sorted for you right away! We may request pictures of what you received, as well as your attached packing slip. Once confirmed that the wrong item was shipped to you, we will issue you a return label and ship out the correct item right away.

Refunds

Once the returned item/s are received, refunds are processed within 1-2 business days, but please allow 7-10 business days for this refund to be reflected in your bank account.
